HOW IT BEGAN:
My love for photography began after a trip to Europe when I was in high school. With so many new sights, beautiful scenery and my aunt encouraging me to “capture these memories”, I constantly had a camera in my hand and haven’t put it down since. I went on to study photography at CPUT then worked as a freelance documentary photographer at Die Burger newspaper before taking the leap to start Taryn B Photography in 2012.
MY INSPIRATION:
I love LOVE – the love a mother has for her unborn child, the way a man loves his woman and the love parents have for their children. I am privileged and blessed to be able to witness & capture such pure delight.
WHO AM I:
Based in Cape Town, I am a proud mommy of a sweet little girl and wife of the most supportive, encouraging man. I adore the smell of freshly ground coffee, am a bit of a foodie & like running in the cold morning air.
