Mache & Brent got married in Franschhoek, one of my favourite places in the world…. The reception was The Conservatory and the ceremony was held at a gorgeous church in Pniel, just a stone trow away from where Mache’s grandmother used to live. Mache had something very special in mind for her special day. She wanted to walk the route her grandmother used to every Sunday. I felt so lucky to capture that moment.
I loved everything about this wedding. The reaction on Brent’s face as he saw Mache for the first time as she walked into the church, tears running down his face. Mache’s speech as she spoke about her father reassuring him that he will always be her first love because it was him that taught her how a man should love & honour his wife. The way her face lit up as Brent told her how proud he is of her & how much they both respect & love their parents & siblings. WOW…. JUST WOW…. I struggled to hold my tears back behind my camera for this one :)
Dear Mache & Brent,
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being so kind & caring to everyone you come into contact with, it was an honour photographing your wedding.
Love,
Taryn B xx
